Going under the knife.

It's time the ole firebirds transplant. I Have all the replacement donor parts. A 350 LT1 with a 4L60E Trans and the ECM with a painless wire kit.
My question is, Can I, or should I, remove all the wires that went to my old Ecm.
Please reply soon.

Yes you can, and yes you should. It will make the engine bay look 100% better. Plus you find out to route your wires to make them look stock. With the painless harness, you shouldnt need anything from the old harness, right?
