Fuel Pump

My fuel pump doesn't turn on when I turn the key to "on" position? It used to turn on then my VATS screwed up. We took the car to a mechanic who says he checked everything and then he tried to start it. The fuel pump didn't turn on so he sprayed carb cleaner down the throttle body. Ever since then the fuel pump hasn't turned on when the key is in the "on" position. Any ideas, I appreaciate any/all help!

Replaced it already, actually both of those relays, and the pump, and the tank, and the sending unit. Most of this stuff is new in good condition but now my only problem is the pump won't turn on
