Headlight cross-wiring

How difficult would it be to cross the wires from my low-beams to the fog lamps, so when I pull the headlight switch all the way out, the fog lamps come on instead of the low-beams. Yeah, I know...I can simply pull the switch out half-way for the parking lamps, and the fog lamps will turn on, but I want to put black-outs over the low-beams and use the fog lamps full-time.

When the head light switch is pulled out all the way, the fog lamps are already powered. I don't understand what you are trying to do....

So you basically want no headlights? Disconnect them.
