I was just wondering if anybody knew how to build a lighting control circuit. I was at the state fair last night and I was thinking that they had hundreds of lights on the rides and they kept flashing in different sequences. I'd looked into using microcontrollers or building an adapter to use my laptop's parallel port, but both seem way to complicated and expensive. I figure there's got to be some simple way to do this. I just want to flash the lights in/on my car in various sequences, like have the underbody kit do a chase pattern and such. Anybody know how this is done? Thanks, Joe
