Dark spots on my digital dash?

Axle/Gears: 3.42 / ?
Dark spots on my digital dash?
My GTA's digital dash has some dark spots. I haven't had it apart yet, but I just wanted to know what I was in for. Is the dash back-lit with 194s, or is it more complicated than that?
