i put my headlights up the other day and the fuse blew now the lights are stuck up they still turn on and off just dont sink back down also when this blows my interior lights go to its hard driving at night with no dash light so please help i know its a short but i dont even know where to start looking

Something on your ACC fuse is grounding out and blowing the fuse. Have you done any electrical work lately? Check you stereo wiring. Your rear hatch is on that fuse. Your console lights are on that fuse. Try to isolate the problem systematically.
