Aside from the PITA of unplugging the speedo cable, it should just swap right out.
You will need to change the temp. 'sensor' in the drivers side head between the 1 & 3 cyl. exhaust ports & you'll need an oil pressure gauge 'sensor' to screw into the back of the block where the idiot light 'sensor' is.
A word of warning, getting to the oil press is a PITA & I don't know if the new gauge 'sensor' will just screw into the block. My 'bird has a brass 'adapter' that raises & angles it away from the intake some.
Also, be aware that the temp 'sensors' from the big name part stores read high. I'm not sure why but, they do. If you can, get the OEM temp. sensor/sender (call it what you want) out of a car w/gauges at the junkyard. If I had a p/n for an OEM one to get from the dealer, I'd give it to you & save you the trouble.

Also, if the new cluster has a tach, you will need to run a tach wire from the coil (white wire) to the cluster.
