Toggle Switch Wiring Question

Is it possible to use lighted toggle switches to replace the stock power window and trunk switches? If so how would I go about the wiring? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

If you can find the correct switches it should be really easy. The wiring for the windows is already there. Just one more wire to light the switches
