Transmission: 700r4

Does anyone know what this is??

Could someone please tell me what kind of car this chip is for it says camaro\firebird on the sticker but theyears are worn off.

that pic isnt doing much good, flip it over and take a pic of the pins and another pic of the top w/o the glare
