Parking light went out! help!?

Parking light went out! help!?
ok the parking light on the passenger front side of the car, not the directional whent out. its the light right in line with the headlights on the side of the car. u can see it in my adress at the bttom there. it went out and i have no idea how to get at it so i can change it. help me? http://www.worldisround.com/photos/306/332.jpg

I'm not that sure on TA's, but cant you move the battery out of the way and see the socket? If so, turn the socket and pull it out, then replace the bulb.
