What wire is this?
I was looking at my 83 z28 and I found a large purple wire running towards the rear of my car. It was disconnected. I am thinking it is the automatic hatch pop? Anyone know? I don't think I will need it
Also, does anyone know the colors and what wires there are running in the "stereo" area? I mean directly to the stereo and any connectors in that area (other than the PARK/NEUTRAL SAFETY SWITCH). Or if there are any others that can be eliminated ANYWHERE I would like to know.
