Starter Relay location
where is the starter relay on a 91 Z28- it says it behind the drivers kick panel, around the fuse block, but i dont see it? am i just missing it or what?

it's behind the drivers kickpanel. when you take off the kickpanel, there's a "cover" about 4" X 6", looks like a piece of black rubber - it's behind there.

Time to revive an old thread...I'm trying to locate the starter enable relay on my '92 Camaro RS and it is NOT behind the black piece of rubber mentioned above. Can anyone tell me where it is located? I am having intermittent problems with starting and I believe this relay is the problem...thanks

Update: I used a wiring diagram and was able to trace down the starter relay. The thread below was also beneficial, in case it would help anyone else:
