starter wires

what are all the little wires connectde to my starter besides the battery, and the purple one for the crank signal? so i really need all of these wires on it since i am tearing everythign out and going with an edelbrock EFI and doign without all factory accessories such as heat, fuel pump, etc?

Aw, go ahead and rip them out too (just joking). They supply the power to the other electronics in your car, like the fuse block which controls all your primary electricals.

i didnt cut any of those out, i was just askign for reference so i didnt cut those out. thanks

really yhe only things i took out were the sensor wires and all i trimmed them back, and the two relays at the brake booster i dont need those cause of no electric fuel pump and my electric fans are seperate of factory wiring.

in addition to the fuse block, one of them is for the factory electric fan relays. So, it sound like you can get rid of one of them
