Well, guys, for all of you who have taken apart a 90-92 dash, right under the tach, there is a chip. Well, this chip i reckon has got to do sumthin with having a v-6 or 8 in the car. Now, have any of you ever taken anyone of thse out on a v-6 car and put in one outta a v-8? Or modified one, or even better, has the ohms of all the resistors. I just need someone who has a v-8 one to compare the resistense of a good picture so i see the colors of the bands so i can get mine set up for my v-8. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
