wiring harness and no start
ok I think I have read every post on this board and I am still lost and about at my wits end..
I have an 87 firebird that I put a 350 carb engine also have a 89 Iroc 305 TPI ....I took the TPI off of the 89 and put it on top of the 350 I used the wiring harness from the 89 and also the ecm ...now my question is is there anything that I am supposed to repin or splice ...or will that setup even work?

Yes that is what I mean because the 89 had the VATS system and you will need the VATS control module, the starter enable relay and the lock cylinder in the steering column if you are going to use the ECM from the 89 unless you have disabled the VATS in the computer.
