well ive got a couple of pointers
1) lube the tracks for the window
2) there a moduel for the windows which is located under the drivers side kick panel and may be slightly under the carpet. this thing should be coverd with black goo... i read something from a previous post and i think if u replace that you windows will go faster... srry im kinda foggy with that one since trickster posted on that a while back...

I recently replaced the switch in my console since it was partially broken and wouldn't work now and then. The window was also slow, but since I replaced the switch, it goes just as fast as my other window. I didn't expect this and thought that I would have to relace the motor but I gues I got lucky. try switching the switches in your console and see what happens. If not, I've heard something about a regulator going bad before.
