Help Needed speedo malfuction
Here is what I have and what I have done.
90 camaro with a t56. I removed my 5 and in stalled the 6 friom a 95 z. The spedo worked just fine before my leg transplant. I took the wires that went to the speed sensor for the 5 and cut the two wires and hooked up the new wires I got for the 95 (at the chevy dealer), and pluged into the 95 sensor at the rear of the trans. ( and just in case someone is thinking something stupid, I removed the reverse lock out and the reverse lights work fine) Now as soon as I move forward in the car the spedo jumps to around 120 (god how I wish) and I can turn a mile in just under a secound ( Oh how I prayed to the camaro gods for that one) This will go on till I reach, (lets just say 20 mph) then everything stops working till the next stop light
What have I done!!!
Please help!!

There is a difference in the vss pulse rate between what you had and the t56. There is a conversion box for the speed signal. I don't know enough yet to provide a clear answer as I have not started my swap. Go to the ls1/lt1 swap board and there should be an answer there as it is a common issue.
