When my fans are on i hear a chirping sound almost like a bird chirping from the drivers side fan? Im not sure ifs its the electronics or its the plastic to plastic making the sound? Anyone ever have this before?

Its a dual fan setup as well.

Is it a constant sound or a one-time when the fans turn on?

 

Usually Right after the fans shut off and slowing down it does it but sometimes when the fan is running it will do it also.

 

check and see if the fan bracket is not broken.
