Re: tbi to carb
Nope - it'll run just fine. When you remove the ECM, the pump won't prime like it used to (it doesn't need to anyway - the carb bowls are full of fuel) - after a crank or 2, the oil pressure will come up, and the OPSU will send power to the pump.

I`d stay with the tbi! it`s better than a drip box anyday! completly maint free, better driveabilty, always starts, isnt affected by the weather,ha! just get your tbi reworked or get a new one thats been bored, call Xtreme F.I. the`ll set u up, I have a 750 cfm tbi W/ 68# per hour inj. and yes the car is fast, ask any L.S. fourth gen or mushtang cobra owners in my area!! and, my last tanks fuel eco was almost 24 mpg! try that with a crap,, I mean, a carb! wanna see? check out my garage.
