no fire and no fuel pressure when crank

Hey everyone
I emailed this guy thats selling a 89 trans am on ebay. The car was in a wreck and since the wreck the car will only crank and there is no fire and no fuel pressure. I told him to check the fuses and he said they were okay. dealership told him it was a security issue, but normally the car wouldnt even crank i dont think? any ideas? thought i'd help him out. If it was a security issue, you're right, the car wouldn't crank at all.

Given that the front end is mashed all in, the seller could check the fuse under the hood. There is a fuse at the end of a wire in the pass fender well, tucked in between the battery and the pass fender well. This fuse would possibly interrupt fuel and/or fire. That's my only thought.
