magnetic pick up distributor and msd 6a wiring help

I have a MSD 6A box and a dual connector msd coil. i just picked up a magnetic pickup distributor and i need help wiring it.

This is how I think it should be hooked up but please help me

MSD 6A: Heave black to - on battery
Heavy red to + on batter
Light red to switched 12v
white wire not used
Magnetic pick up connector to distributor
orange to coil
black to coil
Dual Connector coil:
Splice both white wires together and connect it to black on MSD box
Splice both pink wires together and connect it to orange on MSD box

Distributo:
both wires to magnettic pick up connector on msd box

Im asking because it is not in the MSD manual how to do this. They just have magnetic pick up with blaster coil, and dual connector with normal distributor.

SO please help me out and let me know if there is anything wrong with how i have it set up

The dual connector coil is the only one I'm not 100% sure of, but everything else sounds right.

Can you find out how that coil would be wired up without an ignition box? Really all the box does is put more power to the normal wires that make the coil work anyway. I'm not sure I've seen any of these before, but it sounds like maybe that coil is meant to handle two ignition boxes and run off of the functioning one?

mmhmm

From what i can remember when i was removing the wiring i think since its got 4 wires going into the coil one went to my tach, i beleive one went to the c100 bulkhead connectro F4 for power?? and the other two i had a separate 2 wire harness that plugged into my distributor then another harness plugged into my distributor from my ecm

with the ignition box i had a msd harness that plugged into the coil, ignition box and wiring harness.

Please dont quote me i might be wrong
