If you haven't already done it, you may want to check a wiring diagram and make sure none of those connectors go through anything else. Just an idea. I'll probably be doing the AC delete too, can you let me know how it goes?

I'm gunna be going through the wiring diagram and removing everything today, I'll update later on how that goes. I think some of the connectors lead to other places since my car now won't start and is showing signs of a dead battery on a full charge. So, looks like I got a whole day of troubleshooting.

As far as removing the A/C, The a/c box and blower box under the hood is a bitch to remove. There are 3 bolts inside under the dash that need to be unscrewed, but you have to remove alot of stuff on the inside. 2 of the screws are pretty obvious inside, the other which is a stud is tucked away real good. I didn't bother unscrewing that one I ripped the a/c box out since I don't plan on using it. Watch out for coolant lines running under the A/C box and into the firewall too, They tuck right in close next to it and you gotta be careful. I sent a screwdriver threw a rusty section by mistake and had to drain all the coolant out of the car, not to mention now I gotta cut out a section of the line and replace it. Other then that, Make sure its discharged ("legally" if thats your thing, if not a screwdriver to the fill nipple and stand the hell back).
