High Beams?!

So I've been looking for the damn high beam switch but cant seem to find it anywhere, my regular lights work but I can't figure out how to turn on my high beams, I have a 1986 z28, can someone please tell me how to switch 'em on immediately? Thanks.

The actual switch is on top of the steering column, down near the floorboard. It may be as simple as the actuating rod being misaligned and all you have to do is slip it back into the switch.

Do you get a click when you pull back on the blinker stem? Do the low beams tun off?

Re: High Beams?!

I have a 91' camaro. When i went to replace my ignition switch it was located right next to the switch on the left side. what your going to have to do is drop your steering will down and check the High beam relay. Just to let you know the bolts that hold that in place also hold the Ignition switch in place so be carful.
