I'm almost complete on my 305 to 406 motor swap, except one irritating problem that I know is an easy fix! When I did the swap I pulled a few wires and didn't know I pulled the alternator control wire. I have searched and searched with no real answer! I've heard brown white and green colored wires can be the one but none are working. In my car if you turn the key to acc the batt light should come on inside. I can't find the wire! All I need to know is what wire in the harness is the control wire! I hooked up the brown wire to the alternator and was getting barley over 12. What wire is it exactly!? Please and thank you.
