LED Light Minimum

Alright, I tried using LED's with 9 diodes, they were alright at night, but in broad daylight they were barely visible through the colored lenses. How many diodes do you guys have in your brake lights and how bright? add a pic if possible. Any help would be appreciated!

Re: LED Light Minimum

The aftermarket ones I have seen use around 40-60 per board. I would use around 50 or so smd 5050 leds. That would be pretty bright.
