Is Cruise Control Electronic? If So.......

I need help getting my cruise control working. Ive looked around for guides on this and haven't been too successful. Starting with the basics what do I need to look at? Where is it located? etc. Thanks!

Cruise Night

The Cruise Module is behind the right side of the dash.

The Servo is at the front left of the engine compartment.

Using a voltmeter or test light
(the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester) probe both sides of the GAGES fuse, when the key is in the RUN position.

Is there power there?
