I know it's an exhausted subject. This is my problem though. I have rebuilt both switches and I know they work. I read the motor and tested it to work as well. The only thing I am unsure of is the relay. It is definatly not the stock relay and it looks like someone may have added it in. I know that it is supposed to be there but I'm not sure if whoever put the wires together did it correctly there is an orange wire that goes to nothing but on the relay it is the opposite end of the switch 87a versus 87. the rest of the wires look to be correct according the wiring diagram. If you guys need pics I will post them.

figured it out. it was the motor. one of the brushes wasn't seated right. resat the brush put it all back together and i didnt have to buy a new or refurbished anything. sometimes its good to be an electrcian.
