Control power door locks via pc

Hi all.

I have a relay board that is controlled by my pc.
Eventually I want to be able to use my smart phone to control the relays and these relays to control various bits of the car.

But to start off, how would I wire in an external relay to lock / unlock the doors?
But still keep the ability to use the normal buttons on the door?

Once I have this, I can then bring the pc board into the equation.

Hope this makes sense?

Cheers.

Jonno

Fair point...

I only picked on the doors as an example of how to wire in the relay.
I probably should of picked something a bit simplier

IIRC, the power door locks are a positive trigger. The 2 wires(1 for lock and 1 for unlock)are located at the driver kick panel. Cant remember what colors they are right off hand. You can wire up 2 relays to send out a positive pulse to operate the locks, then you can do your circuit board thing so you can use you phone to operate the locks. Wiring up the relays would be easy to do,
