What is this connector?

See the black connector with red wire? Its just sitting there near the fan and FP relays by itself. It dont see anything in the area that it seems to connect to. What is it?

Thx. Im surprised to not get any bites on this. I asked about it last winter too and got no responses. Maybe my car is a transformer, the only one in the world--and this disconnect is why its not fully funciontal? Who knows.....

That should be the electric fuel pump priming wire... it should not be connected to anything. Some day should you have a reason to prime your fuel system; apply 12v.
