No Interior Lights, Horn and windows after T5 swap

I recently swapped my car to a t5. It seems like we had interior lights during the swap, not 100% where we lost the interior power. But I currently have power to my headlights, and dash. And I do Not have power to my interior lights, horn, windows. the car drives, but i need an inspection sticker soon, so i need this figured out. plus not having my center console, windows etc sucks.

I have no blown fuses. Good power and ground to my fuse block. It seems like its something outside of the fuse box that isnt blowing the fuse, or need to be connected. I just dont have enough experience with electrical issues

during the swap i upgraded to my starter to an LT1 starter from a 96 caprice.. and w the old setup, i would get power to my windows w out the key in the ignition, which i was told is odd. I wired the starters the same, not sure if this is where i started to have an issue or not.

someone mentioned the neutral safety switch. I didnt do anything w this during the swap. i actually still need a reverse light harness for the t5.

Im not trying to pay someone to figure this out. and i could really use help.

Thank you.

Apparently the PO messed with the wiring.

Use a voltmeter to make sure you have power on both sides of the ACC fuse.

The windows have a common circuit amp breaker instead of fuses.

Check the breaker for 12 volts in and out.

The breaker is located in the fuse block to the left of the steering column.

If the breaker is OK use a test light
(the type for testing for voltage, not a continuity tester)

or voltmeter to see if you have power at the
pink wire going to the switches.

Is there power there?
