Rear Defogger problem

I think I've almost solved the problem with my rear defogger. I'm gonna replace the switch, as I believe that's one of the problems. I don't see any broken grid lines on the back window, so I guess that's ok. Anyway, you know how there are a series of different-colored wires that connet to the switch in the dash for the defogger. Anyway, there's one wire I can't figure where it goes. It's a thin pink wire with a black stripe. If it's the only thin pink wire with a black stripe in the car, then I found it under the dash. I think it's the right wire. It has a white plug with it, and there's also a thin purple wire in that plug, but that isn't one of the wires that are hooked to the defogger switch. Any ideas on where tha pink wire would plug into?

Kev p.s. check my sig for ino on my car
