Is this for a 1pc rear main roller cam engine? does it use a thrust washer or needle bearing?

Is this the type where the top accessing the cam is removible
or the type where the whole cover comes off ( need to remove balancer) leaving the oil pan in place?

hi, how can i set that cover with my L98 water pump?
i had similar one and i couldnt tight the pump to the block
because the cover its too thick
its that the same one or a revised version?
