TPI Fuel Pressure Gauge Fuel Rail Mount Fittings!

I have all 3 fittings that you need to be able to run a fuel pressure gauge directly on the TPI Fuel Rail.

All you need to do is buy any 1/8" NPT Fuel Pressure Gauge 0-60 psi.
And remove the core of the schrader valve with a valve stem removal tool. This is very easy.

The fittings are:
1 x 4AN 90* Female to 4AN Male
1 x 4AN Female to 1/8" NPT Male
1 x 1/8" NPT Coupler

These are in great shape and are brilliant black. I just switched them out for blue fittings.

These cost me around $35;
So I will let them go for $25 plus shipping.

Here's a picture of the fittings mounted on my fuel rail with my Autometer Fuel Pressure Gauge part #AUT2176.

Anyone with TPI who wants to know they're fuel pressure? This is a must have, especially if you have an AFPR.

I'm guessing they are gone. I do have the part numbers for the parts if you want to send me a pm I can give you the information. I just ordered all of this stuff and it only cost me $61.42 total. That's including the gauge itself as well.

Re: TPI Fuel Pressure Gauge Fuel Rail Mount Fittings!

Ancient thread, but it might answer a question I've had for a while.
Is the fuel pressure port on the fuel rail actually a -4AN size?

Correct. This would be the elbow of this assembly that attaches to the fuel rail. Mine is on the car and working great.

I think I might have an extra one in the garage if you are interested.

Might be depending on what it is. LOL (-4 female on the fuel rail connection end/ ? on the other?)

I haven't looked at the engine itself lately, so I don't know exactly what I want to do as far as the fpr and gauge.

I have a -4 male/female 90* elbow. I also have a 90* -4 male/NPT female and a -4 male/NPT female straight adapter as well as the 3' autometer braided line kit (3227). PM me if you are interested.

Re: TPI Fuel Pressure Gauge Fuel Rail Mount Fittings!

I think mine is going to have to be a remote mount gauge. I took a look at it and since I still have the MAP sensor mounted to the plenum, a remote mounted gauge seems to be my best option.

Thanks for the offer though blacksunshine

Re: TPI Fuel Pressure Gauge Fuel Rail Mount Fittings!

I just moved my MAP sensor off the bracket and slightly to the rear so I can fit adapters in its location.

Re: TPI Fuel Pressure Gauge Fuel Rail Mount Fittings!

I may do somethin like that also, but mine it pretty packed in that area anyway due to it being a S10, (sonoma actually). I already had to trim the plastic distributor cover to make room for the heater hoses and then moved the coil an inch forward to get some clearance at the firewall. Lol
I'm working on a more accessible adjustable fuel pressure regulator today. After that's done then I'll go back and see how much room I can create for a gauge.

I want to mount my fuel pressure sending unit in the same place. Will those same fittings work. It's an Auto Meter fuel pressure gauge that will be inside my dash.
