Re: 1LE NOS Dual Cat Exhaust
So what's the difference between N10 and 1LE in reference to exhaust?

Re: 1LE NOS Dual Cat Exhaust
I know. I was making a subtle point that he's selling something as a 1LE that really isn't. It is a very nice piece, but using 1LE when it really doesn't apply makes it look like he's only trying to jack the price up. It is very nice and will sell for a nice sum without adding to it. Its not personal, nor do I wish anything bad for his sale. Its just that I get really agitated when people sell things as 1LE or WS6 when those RPOs aren't relevant.

Re: 1LE NOS Dual Cat Exhaust
I got the parts off a gentleman that raced 1LE back in 92. He had nothing but 1LE NOS parts. No there it not a difference between N10. I just have alot of parts for 1LE. I'm not just using to make more money. To find a Brand New NOS dual cat set up from GM. Not many for sale. No one really knows if there is a difference or not. Some say they had more high flow but don't really know. I'm not just using the 1LE name just to make more money. I really don't need to. Anyone one who wants a Brand new NOS dual cat set up will want it with or with out the name.

Re: 1LE NOS Dual Cat Exhaust
Just some extra info, that's for the 89-91.5 cars (IIRC).
91.5 to 92 cars have a slip fit cat to intermediate pipe instead of the funky C clamp.
(I have a NOS 91.5-92 N10 with the slip fit setup.)

Might be traveling that way in July. I'll reach out by end of June to see if you still have it.
