305 internals

Hey guys i have a few questions. first one is about pistons for a 305. at some point i wanna go all fodged internals fo my 305 and was wouldering who or where can i get pistons for my 305? and do any companys offer pistons that have like a +.030 to them becuz my motor was rebuilt and was bored .030over.

second question is about connecting rods. do the 305's and 350's share the same connecting rod lenght? and if there not who makes a very strong if not fordged connecting rods?

and last is the crankshaft. from what ive read the 305's and 350's share the same size crankshaft from what ive read. so if i go with a fordged crank i can get one right out of Jegs or summit right?

thanks in advanced for who ever helps me with these questions. and NO ONE start with the why dont you just get a 350 and save urself the time and money sentences.

also this motor will be seeing a good 150-200 hp shot of nitrous at somepoint (the 200hp shot some day in time) in its life but as far as it goes im just goin to price things out and see if things go my way, which they wont but hey one can wish.

All the big piston manufactures offer forged pistons in your over bore...you going to spend a little extra for forged on a 305 as comparred to a 350 but they are out there from Speed Pro, JE, Ross...etc.

Same 5.7 rods come in each.

You will have to have the crankshaft balanced to your 305 rotating weight. So you will be taking off alot of weight of that crank.
