I know this question has been asked already but here go's,

I have a 1989 Camaro RS with the 2.8 V6 with a 5speed manual and I have a 1986 Camaro Z28 with the automatic V8 so what all do I need to take out of the Z28 to put in the RS, the Z28 is in bad conditon and I dont have a title thats why Im wanting to put the V8 in the RS and its in perfect condition except for the V6 is ready to blow,

So I will have to put the automatic tranny in it instead of the stick thats in it know and how hard will it be to put in the wiring harness

i'm really not sure you should be tackling this by yourself if you're asking these questions....i'd go find some knowledgeable friends to help you out and i'm sure things will go smoothly then. no v6 trans will work on a v8 motor in thirdgens....so either by a v8 T5 or use that auto trans from the v8 then.

Change the springs too. I've had some suspension guys tell me that swaping sway bars for the bigger ones (if they are) would help. Not sure on the rear springs though. At least you have a doner car.

Rear springs are same between the 6 & 8 cars.

Pulling the harness is relatively easy. There's a junction under the pass side kick pannel. THis is where the the harness to teh dash connects to the engine bay harness. I had to stick my arm under the wheel well cover to route it out. Other than that, easy. The blower harness was let in along w/the vacuum line for it.

I did find on mine (2.8 harness) the water temp, oil pressure, & tach leads came in on the driver side harness , by the brake booster.

the springs may look alike but they do have different spring rates for suspension packages!

It will if you use a v8 bellhousing and v6 clutch setup, but I would not recommend that.
