Well, the venerable 305 has now gone and has been replaced with a 4 bold 350 with 9.6:1 compression, the 255 hp truck cam, and new heads, (NOT LO5).
The car has only a couple of hundred miles on it so far, and runs like a raped ape.
The low / mid range surge of torque is really impressive.
Nothing else has been changed. I am still running 19# injectors, and the stock ECM and chip.
Question, should I change the chip, and if so, to what.
Also, am I doing any harm running it as it is.
There is no sign of detonation, or running out of power until past 4500 revs, so the tpi starts to run out of steam.
Any help gratefully received.
