I am going to swap an engine in my car this winter because it will be stored. I am not particular to which engine I go with (i.e. crate or built). I am not an engine expert by no means but I do have a good grasp on the TPI system. I dont want carb because I am stupid when it comes to that. I have been looking at all of the posts recently but keep seeing carb engines on the websites. Is that all they sell or can I get them to set it up for TPI? Like I said I am not a genius when it comes to the whole car thing so that is why I am asking questions.

But what if I am looking at going to a 406 o 383? Wont I need to get a opened up TPI system? If so what are some good ones? I heard that SLP is good but it costs a tone of money. Also I heard AS&M is a good one what do you guys recommend. I do have money to spend but I am not looking at dumping $20,000 into this engine.

 

Go to Golensengineservice.com. They have great prices on carb., or injected motors. Hope this helps.
