i have Z28 i changed over my engine had 305 in it couldent get a 350 so had to get another 305 350's are like gold here anyway when they swapped the motor it was knocking so i thought i bought a bad engine then friend said it might be cam hitting basepan so they lowered the base pan and noise went away it had dent or someting in basepan did anyone hear of this happen before or is the engine gone? but the engine is from a trunk do but will any basepan fit or do i need a camaro basepan?
