l69 heads on 92-350
ok so this is my idea i have a 92 350 non roller
specs:
.030 over 345np pistons gm performance rods fully balanced fresh rings and bearings peat jackson gear drive and unknown cam it was a gm crate motor. plans for a 280 cam
heads are the question
i have a set of l69 heads that are ported out and cleaned up the 58cc chambers that put my compression at 10+:1 i pulled the valve springs out of the swirl port heads and installed them in these heads. is this a good combo?? or should i ues a set of 2.02's lt1 heads with a 75cc head?

Unless you've modded the valve seats for larger valves, the L69 heads will not enhance performance on your 350. I believe the L69 heads have 1.84" intake valves, and 1.50" exhaust valves.

I'd be willing to bet, all other things being equal, that those L69 heads would make more power than the old 75cc 2.02 heads.
The swirlport valve springs are junk.

Re: l69 heads on 92-350
the only reason i used those valve springs is because there new. and my l69 heads have around 250k on them so new springs and valve job after port work. i was thinkin of pullin my manley stanless valves and put them into the small 58cc heads
