Thanks alot for this info. At first I was thinking it was going to be a build up for a, at most, 275hp motor with gobs of torque. After reading it, I want to do this build. I can understand that a 350 may have more potential than a 305 but I can be happy with a carbed motor that makes over 334hp at 4500-5500 RPM. Hell, the damn thing makes 360 lb-ft of torque @ 2500 RPM! It should pull pretty hard during frequent red-light-encounters with 4th-gens and Mustang GTs...
Also, thanks for the file on the other board about the 400hp 305. My friend has a 84 base model with a 305 and he want's to build it up so I'll pass that info on to him.
