has anyone had any problems installing a motor and tranny with a TPI intake bolted to the motor?

Use a tilt sling, no runners or plenum installed, it will go okay. Didn't do it myself, that's how a bud did it.

Idles smooth @ 600 RPM in D. Best 15.02/95.06 @ 5800' Bandimere (corrected 13.93/102.4 @ sea level).

 

I installed a 305 motor w/ tranny on an 85 IROC. Definitely get a tilt sling to help with the installation.

 

I just did a swap of a 305. I raised the reaer end about 1 foot off the ground and the tranny went straight in

 

i've done all my swaps with the engine completely assembled including harness and exaust manifolds(headers),then i would put the tranny in when i was done with the engine

SHE IS GONE BUT I KNOW THE GUY WILL GIVE HER A GOOD HOME.
