Will my car run hot?
Put a 350 carb in place of the stock 2.8L. Will I have to change the radiator, I saw somewhere else on this site that there is little difference. I want to know if my car will be cool and what will I have to change?
Change the radiator. The V6 hoses are smaller as is the whole radiator. Get a V8 one.

Since Brad is speaking from experience (check his sig), I would believe him. If you have the cash, I would go for an aftermarket aluminum radiator like Be-Cool or Griffin. If you do a search on this board, you will see how common a problem overheating is for our cars so whatever you can do to improve cooling is to your advantage.
Good Luck,
