Do a seach for 350TPI swap on the archives. It would be better if you could get the complete motor with wiring harness and ECM. As far as your 305 auto tranny mating up with a 350, ot will bolt right up. What year is you Camaro RS?

As long as you get an '87-later 350, absolutely everything will bolt on to it from the 305. Externally, they are identical.
You can get the 350 running with the 305 TPI with little more than an adjustable fuel pressure regulator (set with a fuel pressure gage you're going to add to your tool box). After that, 22 pound injectors, custom chip, etc., will help optimize the setup.
From what I've heard, Jasper is an okay place to get a replacement engine. But, a crate motor from SD or Jim Pace will get you a GM warranty on a brand new engine for not a whole lot more (if any) money.

Check out goautocenter.com for brand new GM crate motors. They have lots of optional cams, heads, etc.
I bought their TPI 300HP 350,but ordered it with TBI roller cam,for my RS.
Paid $1855 and it's all brand new parts.
The serpentine belt setup should bolt right onto the 350, but I don't know if it's different for TPI vs. TBI,so there may be an interference issue.
Like 86z/92rs said, best to get whole motor/harness,ecm as a package if you can.
I know the TBI and TPI use a completely different harness and ECM.
