i have a chevy camaro z28 with a swapped 350 small block from a k-5 blazer(87) it came with a blue 350 turbo tranny that went out on me.......ill prolly get it rebuilted but til then i want a replacement tranny i fought a guy parting out his 84 chevy camaro z28 same as me but he haves a stock 305 engine and tranny would i be about 2 use the 305 tranny and put it on my 350 and if not what all trannys can i use on my 350 small block

 

The stock 700r4 out of a 3rd gen would work fine. It will bolt up to the 350 just like the 305, and as long as your engine is crazy powerful, it will hold up fine. Dunno if the trans xmembers and driveshaft lengths are the same for the turbo 350 and the 700r4 though.
