Is getting a complete Corvette roller worth it?

Car: 1991 Camaro RS
Engine: 355
Transmission: 700-R4
Axle/Gears: 4.10
Is getting a complete Corvette roller worth it?
I'm looking to start collecting parts for an LSX/6MT swap and was pouring through Craigslist and Ebay ads to find descent engines to start with when I came across this:

My question is, does it make sense to grab a whole roller Corvette with the intention of taking nearly the whole drive train (yes, I know the one in the link is an automatic but you get the idea) including the pedal, harness, accessories and then sell the remaining parts to recoup the cost? I figure I can get good money for wheels/tire, brakes, rear end and suspension components.
Or... Should I simply look for each component separately and try to get deals on each. Thoughts? Experiences? Anyone want to go in on it with me?? LOL

Complete donors are usually great.
The key thing about a Vette donor is the Vette specific stuff.
Parts that you won't need.
Someone will, but the market is smaller.
So it's more work to part it out.

That's a valid point but I think the majority of the bolt-on stuff are things us 3rd Gen owners are always asking for. Rims and tires are nearly a direct fit (spacers) and the brakes are perfect for an upgrade using stuff from Scott at bigbrakeupgrade so that's a very conservative $2,000 right there so I can get everything I need, with 38K miles on it in this case, for $6,000.
The real question is, is a 38k mile LS2 complete with accessories and harness worth $6k? Can I use the accessories? I guess that's two questions.

I don't think the engine in itself would be worth that, but then again your getting so much other stuff to your disposal and then after, getting the money somewhat or even all back.
Go go for it atleast you got a clean low mile engine to use, plus wiring nobody hacked up.

I'm leaning that way but then I had the thought about the accessories. I know f-body LS1 accessories work but I've not done enough research to know if Vette stuff does. Anybody know? How about the pan? I assume it's in a sticky so I'll go there as well in case no one answers here.
