Re: LT4 Supercharged engine
I'm assuming you are talking about the 5th gen LT4? The engine itself will fit with adapter plates for the motor mounts. You will also need an accessory drive system since the newer engines don't come with a P/S pump so you'll either have to fab up a bracket and add a pump or get an aftermarket setup. Exhaust shouldn't be too hard to figure out, espeically if you upgrade to a tubular k-member. The wiring will be a bit tricky but not overly complicated. If you go with the GM controller system then all you will need to do is hookup the power/ground circuits and get integrate a speedo driver assembly to make sure your speedo is correct. I have also heard that there is mixed opinions on the fuel pump situation. If you go with the GM setup, is shouldn't be too much of a problem since it should come with the pump modulator. If you use the traditional method of a pump and aftermarket pressure regulator, you may experience fueling issues since the direct injection system requires varying pressures depending on load and many other factors. There are a lot of articles on the web that spell out all of the obstacles but the most important thing to figure out is the P/S and the fuel.

Re: LT4 Supercharged engine
I've never seen a Gen V LT engine swap go past 10% completion on this forum. You can take that as circumstantial or a warning.
