OK heres my story. I'm 15 and for my first car i chose and 86 Z28. The car was a crappy brown so i decided to strip the paint. I now have it primed, but i ran into some engine trouble. The people i bought the car from had a single plane intake on the 350. I changed the intake to the edelbrock performer rpm. The engine is 30 over and i have new flat top pistons. I was wondering if anyone could give me some surgesstions on a cam that i could purchase. I have a holley 600 carb right now but i think i'm going to get a edelbrock 750. I would appreciate any and all advice. Thanks

 

For that type of manifold and carb choice I'd suggest the Comp Cams XE268. That would be a good match to the powerband of the manifold and still give you good streetability.
