How important is x-pipe quality?

How important is x-pipe quality?

I need to buy one and im looking at some by flowtech. Another by dynomax. The ones by hedman look much nicer but cost twice as much. They are a more straight through design, rather than two 90* welded. How much of a difference can this make?

from what i read, you want the ""tangentially siamesed" junction.. they will make the most power..
