I was hanging on to this for some vague repaint need way in the future but it’s really too nice and too rare for my 115k mile summer daily. Also, xmas time has arrived - that magical time when dads make money... ‘disappear’!
I should probably price way higher but I got a stupid good deal on it. NOS, not the off-font of the repro. I really can’t emphasize the NOS rarity here enough. Still in its GM bag from back in the day. ...I hope it ends up on a killer low-mile original!

I bet you could get $200 on EBay..
I think most guys on here are fine with the repros.. There are a few that know the difference and even more of those folks on EBay that see the value in a hard to get correct emblem..
If I ever saw a red NOS one for $150 I’d buy it.. I have a repro on for now though..

They are definitely out there. I picked up one for my 88 a little while ago. Heck of a deal too. Below is the link to the auction.
